A Technical Services Manager with experience in facilities and building maintenance is required to deliver a hard services contract to a corporate banking building in the City of London.
You will manage two teams of shift engineers, act as the first point of contact for the client and represent your employer to the best of your ability.

You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider in the City of London. They are a globally established company with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip, corporate clients as well as across several other sectors.
Accountabilities:
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to ensure that all planned and reactive requirements are completed in line with KPIs / SLAs and applicable governance and standards.
- Drive health and safety standards through internal training and direct management of staff.
- Ensure robust financial management is applied to the contract.
- Develop strong working relationships with key suppliers to ensure effective delivery.
- Provide effective and structured communication with the operations team, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure all matters with the potential to impact the business are communicated in a timely manner.
- Seek continuous improvement on the delivery of the service to the customer.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualifications in a mechanical or electrical discipline – HNC or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within building services, and 3 in a management position.
- Experience managing large teams of engineers on static a site.
- Uses financial analysis to generate, evaluate and act on strategic options and opportunities.
- Experience within corporate/critical environments is preferred.

Depending on experience this job will pay £54,000 – 60,000 and comes with a generous package including 25 days annual leave.
