We believe that our job as consultants is to engage, educate and empower our candidates and enable them to showcase their best “work self” to a client. We understand that operating with integrity is the key to successful recruitment, and aim to ensure that we minimise the risk of you making a bad career choice by listening and understanding both your personal career aspirations, and the environment in which you work best.
We will ensure that we conduct a thorough walk through of your experience and ask appropriate questions in order to add value to your CV.
We will agree a plan of action with you including which companies you would like us to approach and the jobs you would like us to send your CV to, we will not send your CV anywhere without your permission.
We will follow up with you within an agreed timeframe to let you know the status of all CV sends.
We will thoroughly prepare you for interview and give guidance on all types of question you may be asked.
We will deliver client feedback as soon as we are able, and if negative we will outline areas for improvement for you to work on.
At offer stage we will take note of any additional questions you may have and ensure a quick follow up with the client.
We will provide unbiased and balanced advice and support during offer negotiation and exit from your existing company.
We will check in with you regularly once you have started your new position and ensure you are happy in your new role.
