Gokhan is the energetic and tenacious owner and founder of GH Engage and has qualifications in both Building Services Engineering and Quantity Surveying, as well as a Master’s Degree in Construction Economics, he is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is passionate about helping people realise their career aspirations and supporting companies to achieve their business goals.
During his career Gokhan has worked on a diverse range of projects for several major contractors and end-users within various construction sectors with a value range of £500k to £300million, rising from a Trainee M&E Quantity Surveyor to a Senior M&E Commercial Manager. Prior to setting up GH Engage, Gokhan founded GHCS, a Chartered M&E Quantity Surveying consultancy, working in partnership with several developers, end-users, main contractors and leading M&E contractors within the construction industry.
A key factor in providing great service is understanding the market and Gokhan’s strength lies in his knowledge, expertise and extensive network within the industry. Having worked closely with many of the organisations for which he now recruits, he has a unique insight into their operating frameworks, company values, and organisational cultures, and is therefore extremely well placed to match the right candidate to the right company and role.

Associate Director – M&E
Matt is a professional, adaptable, and motivated recruitment leader with a wealth of experience gained working for globally recognised agencies within the construction recruitment industry. During his career he has developed strong and sustainable relationships with a diverse range of clients across the M&E building services industry, and has an extremely impressive network across specialist subcontractors, M&E contractors, main contractors, consultants and developers/end users.
He prides himself on providing an efficient, transparent and honest recruitment process to both clients and candidates. Matt heads up the M&E recruitment division and is responsible for placing candidates from graduate/trainee level up to Board Directors. Matt’s expertise lies in providing recruitment solutions within an increasingly candidate-driven market. He is passionate about delivering a first-class service to both clients and candidates, matching the right candidate to the right company and role, and concentrates his time and efforts on building long-term relationships rather than focusing on short-term gains.
Matt provides a tailored and consultative service to candidates creating job search strategies that are driven by informed choices, and developing CVs to highlight not only key knowledge and skills but additionally relevant behavioural competencies, cultural fit, and strengths and achievements. He listens and understands his clients, gathering information above and beyond the job specification, ensuring that he has a full understanding of the role, team and organisation and providing advice, support and guidance on recruitment strategies.
Matt is the co-owner of GH Engage and is responsible for the hands-on management and leadership of a diverse group of specialist recruiters. His focus is on ensuring the best candidate and client journey by championing best practice and providing his team with the training and support necessary to facilitate their success.
Divisional Manager – Data Centres
With over 10 years’ experience recruiting, head hunting and labour management within the onshore and offshore construction industries, Nico can assist our clients with all white and blue-collar vacancies, on a permanent or contract basis. He has experience supplying workforce and senior management throughout Europe and has supplied anything from an individual candidate, up to 380 workers on a project.
Nico has worked both Recruiter and client side, so knows what it takes to succeed on site and hit the deadlines required, in a very demanding and fast paced sector. As well as search and selection of the best candidates for our client’s projects, he also knows how important it is to be available on site for both our clients and staff, as well as ensuring smooth logistical processes and plans throughout.
Divisional Manager – FM
Ben is a confident, reliable and well-rounded recruitment manager boasting many years’ experience within the construction industry. Ben heads up the FM division, specialising in the recruitment of both white and blue collar facilities management professionals, and has a wide range of clients within this sector. He prides himself on working in partnership with his clients and offers a responsive and professional service with a focus on adding value, selling the benefits of not only a role but also the culture and values of organisations as a whole.
Ben is able to consistently provide a dedicated service to his candidates and align them with the most suitable opportunities, with the knowledge and expertise that he has gained over his career. With his experience, Ben is able to support his team with the necessary tools to promote their success.
Anna is an integral member of the team and has been with the business since it’s inception and has grown and developed in to the role that she currently occupies. She has a crucial role in the business ensuring the continuous and smooth running of all operations both internally and externally within GH Engage. This ranges from regulatory compliance, internal processes compliance, financial accounting and marketing, through to training, staff development, company performance and all HR functions.
