Technical Maintenance Manager | Building Maintenance | up to £58,000 + Overtime | Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

They deliver building maintenance to commercial clients throughout London and the UK.

JOB
Maintenance Manager for an iconic London building with a high public footfall.
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the Landlord areas of the building
- Managing PPM schedules
- Supervision of 5-man engineering team to deliver:
- Fault finding
- PPMs
- FCUs
- Generators
- AHUs
- BMS
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Water treatments
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical or Mechanical.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH – desirable
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Supervisory experience.
BENEFITS
This is a permanent position in a well-established building services provider, with opportunities to take part in training courses, such as becoming HVAP.
The role is paying between £50,000 – £58,000, depending on experience. Overtime will also be available.
