My client, an up and coming FM service provider are currently on the lookout for a Static Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer for a Static site in South East London.
The ideal candidate will have strong building maintenance experience within a commercial setting. This is an A/C biased role therefore day to day tasks will consist of PPM’s and Remedial’s to standard split systems through to large scale VRV equipment as well as AHU and other Mechanical Plant.
My client like to invest in there teams of engineers therefore training courses and additional external resources are always on offer to provide both career progression and further qualification’s to dedicated staff.
This is a standard Mon – Fri role with the contracted hours on site 08:00 – 17:00
Qualifications
- F-Gas Cat 1
- Level 3 Air Conditioning (highly desirable)
- A/C maintenance experience (minimum 5 years)
Salary
- £38,000 – £40,000 per annum
