Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)

A specialist mechanical electrical building technologies & engineering contractor are currently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor working across the UK and Europe. Due to ongoing growth, an opening as now arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This vacancy offers a fantastic career opportunity for a career driven Quantity Surveyor, keen for the opportunity to work across the UK and Europe, while also gaining exposure to a wide range of projects/ sectors. The ideal candidate will have upwards of five years industry experience working in a similar position, with preference for mechanical/ electrical engineering & building services knowledge.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Play a pivotal part in ensuring financial forecasts are adhered too.
- Typical day to day duties such as variations, take off’s, NPO’s & instructions.
- Reporting directly to the business unit Commercial Director.
- Managing project budgets/ cost control.
- Liaise with a wide range of clients, regarding project budgets & schedule.
- Work in partnership with operational/ project teams.
