Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with lots of major project’s experience on behalf of a highly regarded building services contractor who has secured several design and build projects for the coming years. This growth has continued into 2024 and my client are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £20 million high-end mixed-use facility being constructed in South London.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e., Mechanical Contracts Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing projects upwards of £20 million.
- Possess a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Procurement and management of sub-contractors
- Strong commercial and financial experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Excellent clients facing skills.
- Industry Standard HVAC / Heating and Plumbing, or Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Qualifications and Certificates
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
- Fully expensed travel.
