Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £85,000 – £110,000 (including additional company benefits)

A tier one building services Contractor who are currently a market leader in the most lucrative industries such as the commercial office, data centre and pharmaceutical sectors are actively recruiting due to exceptional business growth in their 2024/25 project pipeline and annual turnover.
Due to the strong pipeline projected for the coming years, they have asked me to reach out to the most experienced Project Managers in Londonn to obtain the correct individual to be the lead on a landmark commercial new build project in the heart of Central London.
This individual needs to have completed a project from inception to completion with a project value over £40 million M&E. Ideally said candidate needs to have a degree (or Equivalent) in either Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, however this isn’t the key decider of who will become their new Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Key role in the business strategy.
- Reporting to Directors.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Professionally represent the company during client meetings.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Commercially lead a project.
- Oversee a project from inception to completion.
- Previous track record of delivering a project valued over £40 million MEP.
- overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
