Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (including additional company benefits)

A rapidly growing M&E Contractor are actively seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee a number of commercial CAT A & B fit out projects in the heart of Central London valued £500,000 to £4 million MEP.
They have already been a key player in London for a number of years and due to a number of successful project tender wins and an extremely healthy pipeline, they are looking for an Electrical Project Manager/ Contracts manager, that can handle a challenging fast paced environment.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 9 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed
- overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
