Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 basic salary

My client is a leading mechanical & electrical building services contractor, based in the heart of London. The business currently operates at an annual T/O circa £100 million & offers a complete M&E solution to several leading blue-chip contractors; while predominantly covering the commercial office, data centre, hospitality, education and residential markets. As a result of significant growth and successful bids, the business now has an opening for a Senior Electrical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the electrical preconstruction & procurement processes.
- Management of site personnel (including direct management, labour & third-party contractors).
- Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely/ efficient manner.
- Full commercial responsibility, while working in partnership with an allocated commercial member of staff.
- Attend regular design, progress and design team meetings.
- Continue to build/ maintain relationships with end users, clients & supply chain.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary of up to £100,000 basic salary.
