Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based within the heart of Central London, who deliver specialist commercial, pharmaceutical, mixed-use &data centre developments across London and the UK. Due to business growth and a strong pipeline for the future, they are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a landmark commercial new build scheme valued circa £25 million in Central London.
This is a great opportunity to join a business who are a partner of choice to many tier one main contractors in London, whilst working on a landmark commercial new build project whilst being on one of the highest salaries in London at this level.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- You will need to be an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager … etc for the last 8 years or more.
- Experience in delivering a project from design through to handover.
- To be able to produce O&M
- Procurement and financial experience are required.
- Strong liaising skills with both sub-contractors on site and Clients.
- Shell and core experience is essential.
- Experience in managing Residential, retail or leisure projects upwards from £15 million M&E.
- Possess a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Procurement and management of sub-contractors.
- Attend and run weekly meetings with the client and delivery teams.
- Having previous experience working for a large M&E contractor.
- Strong commercial and financial experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent clients facing skills.
- Experience handling both M&E packages are useful.
- Further education in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
