Sales Engineer | Commercial Maintenance | Dartford, Kent | £40,000+
Are you an experienced commercial maintenance engineer? Would you be open to stepping away from the tools and becoming more BD / Sales focussed?
A large specialist services provider is currently expanding their BD team and looking for an individual from a technical background to come on board. This role will be office based, based in Dartford, Kent with travel across commercial properties in the London region when meeting clients.
Duties will involve technical support to the current BD team, carrying out asset surveys within commercial properties, pricing up maintenance and project works, high use of Microsoft IT programs, liaising with clients etc.
Package:
- £40,000 basic salary
- Based in Dartford, Kent
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided for work travel between sites
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Annual bonus
Requirements:
- Must come from a technical background – City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
- Computer literate across Microsoft excel, word etc.
- Experience within commercial maintenance.
