They provide, maintain and repair HVAC equipment to a large variety of clients throughout the country. They are a large and growing company, employing thousands in the UK, and boasting a huge global turnover.
Job:
A Regional Service Manager is required to deliver service maintenance and repair work throughout London and the South East to contractual requirements. You will manage a team of approximately 20 engineers and supervisors in servicing and maintaining HVAC units in line with company objectives, wider regulations, and service level agreements.
Accountabilities:
- Effectively manage your team, ensuring high service level as well as individual development among the engineers.
- Responsibility for budgets, reaching and exceeding targets, identifying opportunities for extra revenue.
- Oversee the commissioning of systems and large projects.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and to the wider business.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and opportunities for improvement.
Experience and Requirements:
- A strong knowledge of refrigeration, air & water chillers, AC or Ventilation or Smoke and Fire, and industry practices with the ability to carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning, and service.
- Experience in service engineering.
- Labour Planning/Scheduling.
- An understanding and appreciation of Employment Law practices.
- Awareness and best practice of Health & Safety Regulations.

Depending on experience this job will pay up to £50,000, plus a car allowance and a 15% discretionary bonus and comes with a generous package.
