Job
Regional Maintenance Supervisor covering 15 sites across SW London, Surrey, and Sussex; overseeing a team of 4 mobile engineers.
Scheduling maintenance programmes for grade 1 & 2 listed buildings, and providing technical advice across electrical, mechanical, and fabric disciplines.
You will be predominantly working on-site, and there is a hands-on element to this role, where you will be tasked with testing and inspecting electrical equipment.

You will be joining a medium-sized building services and maintenance company, that boasts some of the country’s most prestigious sites and clients.
They have a portfolio of commercial offices as well as listed buildings around London and the Southeast, that they deliver electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to.
Experience and Requirements
- Clean UK Driving License
- City & Guilds Testing & Inspection
- City & Guilds qualified – Electrical bias preferred.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Supervisory experience.
