A world famous educational insitution requires a MULTI SKILLED ENGINEER to join their building maintenance team on a foot mobile basis.
Day to day you will be responding to reactive call outs and repairs to the buildings infrastructure. This will include electrical jobs such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, automatic doors, fuse boards, PLUS mechanical jobs such as plant room checks, servicing motors, pumps and chillers. You may also be asked to assist in some minor plumbing and fabric jobs. No two days will be the same!
This job would suit someone who has a solid base experience in building maintenance, and with an ambitoin to learn more and progress within the industry.
Electrical qualifications are required for this role (NVQ L3 and an 18th edition in Wiring Regulations)
