Monday to Friday – 8am-5pm (No on call, overtime available)

I am currently recruiting for a leading building services provider, who are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to work on a single man site in a commercial office space in Southwark.

Ideally you will be Level 3 qualified either Electrically or Mechanically with experience working on a single man site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work for a leading services provider in the heart of London!

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Tap Temps
• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent (Electrical or Mechanical)
• 18th Edition ideally
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Experienced within building services, ideally on a single man site
