London within the M25
£45,000 plus Van & Fuel Card
GH Engage are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Multi-skilled engineer to join a well-established, building maintenance service provider based in Central London.
They have a variety of contracts across the City, West End and Canary Wharf, as well as within the M25 across flagship commercial buildings.
This is a very varied role and will include all aspects of Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 3 Electrical and 18th Edition.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance across flagship Commercial sites
- PPM’s and Reactive breakdowns
- Reactive to all Client requirements
- AHUs, FCUs, VAVs
- Pumps and Motors
- Electrical works including fault finding, minor installations and lighting upgrades
- Managing PPM schedules
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Sprinkler testing

Certificates & Requirements
