GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled engineer for a brilliant opportunity to join a building maintenance service provider. They have a variety of contracts across London & the home counties across high end residential, commercial offices, and in the entertainment sector.
This is a very varied role and will include all aspects of Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 3 Electrical and 18th Edition.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance across High End Residential & Commercial sites
- PPM’s and Reactive breakdowns
- Reactive to all Client requirements
- AHUs, FCUs, VAVs
- Pumps and Motors
- Electrical works including fault finding, minor installations and lighting upgrades
- Managing PPM schedules
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Sprinkler testing
Certificates & Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition
- Experience working on Client facing contracts
- Building services / Maintenance experience
