Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 basic salary (plus additional company expenses)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well renowned MEP contractor, based nationwide. My client predominantly specialises in delivering projects ranging across the healthcare, commercial fit out, hotel/ leisure & end user sectors. The business pride themselves on providing a complete design & build turnkey project solution, while providing a collaborative/ coordinated approach.
Due to securing a place on a significant/ prestigious framework (located in the Midlands region), the business now requires a Mechanical Supervisor. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor/ Site Manager, to join a reputable contractor offering stability & long-term career progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage the full mechanical site coordination (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Assisting the Mechanical Lead with commercial management (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.
