Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Salary/ Day Rate: £225 p/day

Company Description
My client is a specialist mechanical/ electrical engineering services contractor, based in S.W London. The business predominantly specialises within the district heating and infrastructure industry, while working across the residential, commercial & education sectors. They work in close conjunction with several leading blue-chip contractors/ developers, providing a complete turnkey solution (initial design through to installation & handover).
Due to an exceptionally strong order book, the business now require a Mechanical Supervisor to manage 2-3 project simultaneously. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual seeking to further their career, while maintaining a “hands on” approach to day-to-day project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily & weekly progress meetings.
- Acting as a client point of contact.
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive day rate (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
