Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Managing all mechanically associated trade contractors
- Ensure works are carried out to a high standard and in line with budget & programme on site
- Assist the site team with any technical queries
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- My client is open to individuals from a time served apprentice or academic background
- Effective planning & project management skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Good written/ verbal communicational skills
