Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £115,000 (including additional company benefits)

My client is a rapidly growing Building Services Contractor who specialise in large design & build residential & mixed projects located in London zones 1-4.
In line with business growth & a strong pipeline with blue chip contractors, my client is seeking an extremely experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a £20 million design and build project in Greenwich with the idea of them becoming a Contracts Manager in the next 1/2 years.
As my client is willing to pay market leading salaries, they are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager who has been in the role for over 5 years, working on residential projects upwards of £20 million M&E with tier one contractors.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 9 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Large residential, mixed-use or hotel & leisure project experience.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Project experience £20 million & upwards.
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Ensuring professionalism is always adhered to.
- Overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
