Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m recruiting on behalf of a key player in the M&E market in the UK that dominate the London commercial, data centre, critical services, and pharmaceutical sectors. They are recruiting due to a very strong pipeline of large major works that need experienced heavy hitting Project Manager to successfully run one of their jobs ranged between £25 – £75 million M&E package value.
This is a great opportunity for an Established Project Manager or Contracts Manager to run one of the most prestigious and exciting schemes in the coming years.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 9 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Large commercial, data centre, pharmaceutical and infrastructure project experience.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Project experience £25 – £50million+
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Ensuring professionalism is always adhered to.
- Overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
