Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £105,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

I’ve been retained by one of the most respected and renowned M&E/Building Services Contractors in London & the UK who have been delivering landmark design & build projects for blue-chip contractors across London zones 1-3 for many years.
For the past 30 years they have been growing at a staggering rate due to a number of successfully completed projects with Tier One principal Contractors that has now set them up for 2024 with one of the most impressive pipelines of projects in the commercial office, Hotel & Data Centre market.
This growth and success have come from a fully equipped project teams that allow their employees to flourish in their role and have the dedicated teams around them to support each other to deliver such high-quality projects.
They are now capitalising on this growth by expanding their senior management team at Project Management level, where they are looking for an individual who is keen to show their ability and drive to become one of the most experienced Projects Directors in the coming years.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Weekly meeting with the Operations Director.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects valued upwards of £15 million M&E.
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
