Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

A UK market leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who turnover excess of half a billion pounds a year are looking for an expert Mechanical Project Manager to join their Building Services Operations team. My client is renowned for delivering Iconic new build commercial projects in Central London.
This vacancy has arisen due to another successful year and my client are now continuing to grow their senior management division. Said candidate needs to have major project commercial, pharmaceutical or data centre experience with a tier one contractor with project values more than £15 million MEP.
The chosen individual will manage their recently won landmark £40 million MEP commercial shell and core project in te heart of London that will set the standard of engineering over coming years.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager or experience Project Engineer to challenge themselves by managing one of the largest developments in London, whilst significantly improving their salary and package.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Weekly meeting with the Operations Director.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects valued upwards of £15 million M&E.
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
