Job Title: Mechanical Estimator
Salary: £75,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a medium sized mechanical building services contractor, based in West London. The company specialise in the supply & installation of mechanical services across the residential, hospitality, commercial & leisure sectors. Since entering the industry circa 25 years ago, they have gained a successful track record, while working in conjunction with leading contractors/ developers such as Galliford Try, Berkeley Homes & Ballymore to name a few.
Due to continued growth they are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established team/ division. This is a fantastic opportunity for the relevant individual to further their career, while working across challenging projects.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard
- Obtain competitive & accurate quotations from supply chain
- Working individually & as part of the estimating team
- Liaising with different business units (including design, pre-construction & operations)
- Maintain and develop relationships with design consultants, main contractors & clients.

- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
