Are you a Mechanical Engineer feeling stagnant in your current role and looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity to join a Building Services company based at a fantastic site in Westminster, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor looking to take a step up into management.
The role will be acting as the lead engineer / supervisor within the team of 4 engineers, whilst carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance – HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical
- Pumps and motors
- Resistance tests on pumps and motors
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- Cooling systems
- Heat exchangers
- Water treatment
- Cooling towers
- Chillers
- Diesel pumps
- Basic electrical understanding of systems
- Lead engineer within the team – Mechanical bias
Hours of Work & Package Information
- £45,000 – £48,000 Depending On Experience
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Requirements
- Strong mechanical understanding
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Basic electrical knowledge
