Monday to Friday – 7am-4pm / 10am-7pm

My client are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work at a fantastic Commercial site in the City of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of engineers on a static site. The ideal candidate will be Mechanically qualified (Level 2/3) and experienced within building services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Mechanical Fault-Finding
• Pumps
• Motors
• Cooling Towers
• BMS Operation
• AHUs
• FCUs

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Mechanical Level 2/3 or equivalent
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Building services experience
