GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance based at a high profile, commercial building in the City. You will be joining a dynamic building service provider that prides themselves on being able to offer excellent progression and training to develop your skills within the industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance and have experience working in facilities management within building services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance – HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical
- Pumps and motors
- Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
- HVAC
- Cooling systems
- Heat exchangers
- Water treatment
- Cooling towers
- Basic electrical understanding of systems
Hours of Work & Package Information
- £47,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical – Heating & Ventilation or Plumbing
- Strong Mechanical understanding
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
