Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

I am looking for a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer from ideally a Mechanical bias to work for one of the UK’s top building services maintenance provider, to be based at a fantastic Residential site by London Bridge.

Ideally you will have experience working on a single man site and be City & Guilds Level 3 qualified either Electrically or Mechanically.

This is a very varied role and duties include Planned & Reactive maintenance, AHUs, FCUs, Lighting, Fire Alarms, Water Treatment, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent either Electrical or Mechanical
• 18th Edition
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Experience working on a single man site desirable
