Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (including additional company benefits)

I am currently recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager, in association with a market dominating Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor that provide full MEP design and installations to the commercial offices, data centres, banking establishments, residential, educational, and pharmaceutical laboratories industries widely spread across the United Kingdom. Following a very successful year, they have continued to secure an exceptional pipeline for the upcoming future and are now looking for a target driven, and career focused Mechanical Construction Manager to manage operations in one of the UK’s flagship developments for the upcoming year. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Engaging with and attending meetings with the Project Management team
- Managing and overseeing the construction plans
- Ensuring the project is always within time constraints and budgets
- Managing and developing relationships with your teams
- Liaising on behalf of the company with the client
- Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts
Remuneration Package
