Job Title: M&E Design Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 (plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a leading M&E engineering services contractor, based across London and the South East. The business covers the residential, commercial, leisure/ hotel & retail sectors, while specialising across the complete construction spectrum (energy centres/ infrastructure, heat networks/ district heating, pre-fabrication/ modularised builds, D&B construction and fit out). Typically, projects are located across the City of London, with values ranging between £1 million – £30 million.
Following a recent restructure, the business now requires a M&E Design Manager/ Technical Manager. This role will be based between office & site, while working in partnership with senior management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Design Manager to join a market leading M&E contractor, while gaining exposure across several landmark developments.
Responsibilities
- Manage & ensure technical compliance across all ongoing/ upcoming projects.
- Advise senior management through correct product selection.
- Oversee/ support all technical aspects of installation.
- Provide initial design support.
- Advise estimating department on technical compliance.
- Review new products coming to market.
