Job Title: M&E CAD Coordinator
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Company Description
My client is a privately contractor specialising across the design, fabrication & installation of specialist HVAC/ ductwork systems. The company has been in business of over 30 years & in this time they have been involved with major commercial, residential, healthcare & leisure projects across London & South East. Due to strong growth they currently have an opening for a M&E CAD Coordinator. The successful candidate will join an exciting and dynamic team while working on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Assisting the drawing office with day to day drawing while using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, fabrication software, Navisworks & MS Office.
- Working on multiple MEP projects from early inception stages through to completion/ handover.
- It is imperative that the individual has the capability to work with information provided, as well as interrogating specifications/ schedules & technical submittals.
- Applicants must be able to work individually & as part of a team.
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a building services coordination
