Job
As Technical Supervisor on a 16-storey office building in the City of London, you will oversee a team of 3 engineers, managing the call-out rota, holiday & sick cover, etc.
This is a hands-on role with a client-facing element and could be a great opportunity for the right person.
There are elements of LV and HV on site, so experience with this is ideal.
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the Landlord areas of the building
- Managing PPM schedules
- Supervision of 3-man engineering team
- Fault finding

- Water treatment
Experience and Requirements
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical bias preferred.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH – desirable
- LV/HV experience preferred.
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Supervisory experience.
