Maintenance Engineer – Westminster, Central London
Up to £38,000
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

My client, a privately owned service provider, are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to be based at a commercial office in Westminster, Central London.

This is to join a team of 4 engineers and the role will be carrying out planned and preventative maintenance including lamp and ballast changes, emergency light testing, minor installations, AHUs, FCUs, and other general maintenance.

Package & Benefits

• £38,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
• Overtime available

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Light Tests
• Minor Installation Works
• Lamp & Ballast Changes
• Ballast Changes
• AHUs – Filters & Belts
• General Maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds) – Desired
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Building services experience ideal
