Maintenance Engineer – High End Residential

Up to £42,000
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
I am currently looking for an experienced Building Services Maintenance Engineer to work as the Lead engineer on a Luxury, high-end residential site in Poplar, East London.
Ideally you will have Level 2/3 Electrical or Mechanical qualification required and experience working in a client-facing role. The role entails Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive works across landlord areas only!
Package & Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Light Tests
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- Ballast Changes
- Water Temperature Checks
- AHUs
Qualifications & Experience
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds)
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience ideal
