My client, a well respected building maintenance service provider are currently on the lookout for an experienced maintenance electrical engineer to carry out a temporary contract (Perm opportunity for the right candidate)
This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for a long term contract with the potential of a permanent position being offered. This is an Electrical position therefore being competent and qualified (NVQ level) is crucial. Due to the environment the ideal candidate will have the knowledge and ability to turn his hand to the mechanical side of things.
Daily tasks will consist of:
- Electrical Fault Finding
- Emergency light testing/Flick tests
- Lamp changes
- Ballast changes
- AHU maintenance
- FCU servicing
- General building maintenance
This position is a static role in Canary Wharf, within a commercial setting.
Hourly rate: £20 – £25 p/h (Depending on the Shift undertaken)
