Job Title: Lead M&E Estimator
Salary: £85,000 – £90,000 basic salary

Company Description
My client is a Tier1 M&E building services engineering contractor, located within London zones 1-2. Over the last 40 years, they have developed a successful track record delivering several flagship MEP commercial, residential, hotel & data centre projects across London & Southeast England.
Following an internal promotion, my client is seeking a Lead M&E Estimator. This opening is a fantastic career opportunity for a Senior Mechanical/ Electrical Estimator, with the aspirations of progressing to Estimating Manager.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Managing the estimation process from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
- Liaising with the other business units & reporting to the board of directors.
- Challenging estimates & analysing quotations.
- Leading tender interviews/ presentations & negotiations.
- Maintain and develop relationships with design consultants, main contractors & clients.
