THE JOB
Lead Maintenance Engineer covering 3 commercial office buildings, all in Central London.
This is a Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 role, though flexible working hours are on offer, with the chance to manage your diary.
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the tenant areas of the building, as well as fault finding.
- Equipment includes but is not limited to:
- Lighting repairs, Socket/Power outlet replacements & repairs, minor plumbing works, flushing.
- Issuing permits to work and ensuring compliance with all health & safety statutes.
- Completing logbooks, sending quotes.
- Supervising sub-contractors, chasing up remedial works.
COMPANY
You will be joining an international service provider that delivers a range of building services including engineering maintenance, soft services, project management, and front of house, to a portfolio of blue-chip clients around the globe.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- City & Guilds/Apprenticeship qualified – Electrical bias preferred.
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH – desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a building maintenance role.
