Lead Maintenance Engineer on a single-man site, a 10-storey office building in the City of London.
This is a Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 role. There is no call-out, though there is overtime available.
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the Landlord areas of the building, as well as fault finding.
- Supervising Contractors: issuing permits to work and ensuring compliance with all health & safety statutes.
- Hands-on delivery of PPMs
- Equipment includes but is not limited to:
- FCUs, Generators, AHUs, BMS, Chillers, Boilers, Water treatment, lighting, and plumbing.
- Providing weekly reports to your Contract Manager.

They deliver building maintenance to commercial clients throughout London and the UK.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical Engineer
- Ideally Level 3 Electrical Installations
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH – desirable
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
