Job Title: Junior M&E CAD Technician
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is a cutting-edge main contractor, based in the heart of London. The business offers complete design, development, build and fit out services across London & Southeast. Over the last 20 years, they have developed an extremely well renowned reputation across the commercial fit out/ refurbishment, education, hotel/ leisure and retail sectors.
Due to consistent business growth and upcoming projects, the business now has an immediate requirement for a Junior M&E CAD Technician. This role is a fantastic career opportunity for a M&E CAD Technician with approximately 1-2 years’ experience, who is keen to join a supportive and growing business while further progressing their own career.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Assisting the drawing office with day to day drawing while utilising various software including Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM & MS Office.
- Working on multiple MEP projects from early inception stages through to completion/ handover.
- Reviewing specifications/ schedules & technical submittals.
- Work both individually and as part of a larger preconstruction team.
- Assisting operational project teams, with any associated building services coordination issues.
