Electrical or Mechanical Bias – Multi-Skilled
£42,000 plus Travelcard (Zones 1-2)
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work on a foot mobile basis for a leading building service provider. If you are from either an Electrical or Mechanical bias and have worked within building services, this is the role for you!
The role will be covering Blue-Chip Commercial buildings across Zones 1 & 2, carrying out planned and preventative maintenance as well as reactive works.

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Light Tests
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- Ballast Changes
- Fault Finding
- Water Temperature Checks
- AHUs
- Organising Sub Contractors
Qualifications & Experience
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds) – Level 3
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience ideal
- Experience working within a Foot Mobile position
