FM Project Supervisor

Project Supervisor – London Portfolio – £47,000 per annum + £7500 Car Allowance

Exciting opportunity to work for an established private maintenance service provider working across the Southern region of England. GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Project Supervisor to be responsible for delivering life cycle & variation projects.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000 + £7500 Car Allowance, further training and career progression.

Hours of work & Salary

• Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm
• £47,000 per annum + £7500 Car Allowance
• 25 Days Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers and Technical Manager to ensure that lifecycle elements are included as necessary within variation works
• Understanding of all aspects of a building including HVAC, M+E and fabric to be able to deliver the relevant project.
• Manage internal and external resources to deliver works on site. Lead and manage larger and more complex project works.
• Delivering the annual program in a timely manner.
• Following the Project delivery processes and Workbook structure.
• Working closely with the finance team to make sure that works are complete, invoices passed to accounts and trackers updated to maintain cashflow.
• Provide clear financial status of projects.
• Check that all necessary supplier RAMS, certificates, and insurances are in place.
• Provide project support on relevant works at a site level
• Meet with the client to establish steady lines of communication and attend monthly client meetings when required.
• Provide written progress reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Take full responsibility for all staff on your projects and oversee career development, training and motivation
• Ensure regular communication with the engineering team.
• Ensure customer service levels are maintained.

Ideal Requirements

• Experience in a commercial Building Services / Project Management
• Qualified to HNC and / or relevant experience gained in either Hard FM, M&E or Building Maintenance services environment.
• Health & Safety Qualification – IOSH / NEBOSH etc
• Prince 2 Qualification – Desired
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
