My client a recognised FM provider are currently looking a Fabric Technician on a static site in Central London area.
The ideal candidate will be able to turn his hand to a variety of basic maintenance tasks, from basic Electrics/Plumbing through to Decorating and overall Fabric Maintenance. Previous Building Maintenance within a commercial environment is essential. Daily tasks will consist of:
- Painting & Decorating
- Basic Plumbing/Electrics
- Basic Carpentry
- Overall Fabric Maintenance
Salary/Shift
- £28,000 – £32,000
- 8am – 17:00pm
