GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Handyman / Fabric Engineer to work for a leading service provider by London Bridge. The role is working at a High end building and you will be joining a team of 3 engineers, carrying out handyman tasks across the site as well as assisting with M&E maintenance.
This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to step in to Building services and develop their career. They are also offering lots of training and progression opportunities within the business.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Painting and Decorating across the site
- Assisting with reactive tasks
- Support the Electrical & Mechanical engineers carrying out PPMs and reactive works
- Fire Door and Fire Stopping inspections – Training provided
- Legionella checks – Training provided
- Light bulbs
- Support with flushing and other plumbing duties
Requirements:
- NVQ in any Trade – Desirable
- Experienced in Building services
- Client facing
