Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (including additional company benefits)

My client is a highly reputable design & build M&E/building services contractor who have been going strength to strength in the last few years despite the economic hit from the pandemic.
Having been established since the 1980’s, my client are one of the market leading contractors in the commercial fit out market and having built long lasting relationships with both tier one and tier two fit out main contractors they are now proud to deliver projects across London zones 1-3 with project values ranging from £5 million M&E upwards.
They are looking for a hungry Electrical Project Manager with extensive experience in the commercial fit out market wit project experience upwards of £3 million, who is keen to get their teeth stuck into a new role on some of London’s most challenging projects.
This is a stellar opportunity to work for a great firm who have tier one project delivering programmes & processes whilst having direct report with the senior management/ Directors, whilst working on flagship projects with the potential of earning great project bonus’ and promotions due to having a great company structure and line of progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ability to run a project from inception through to completion.
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Project experience from £13 million+ (commercial, pharmaceutical or data centre)
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Guarantee projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Oversee weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
