Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 (including additional company benefits)

I’m seeking an established Electrical Project Manager who is hungry for a new challenge.
My client is a tier one building services contractor who have been going strength to strength in the last few years despite the economic hit from the pandemic. They are a major works specialist who have been delivering and recently won several new contracts from zones 1-3 across London.
They are looking for a hungry Project Manager who is keen to get their teeth stuck into a flagship mixed-use development in Central London. This project will set the standard for construction over the coming years. This project is split between a high-rise commercial build and luxury retail units, bars & restaurants across the surrounding areas of the build.
My client is looking for a Project manager with shell & core experience from £30 million upwards to cop with the high demands and experience needed to fulfil the role.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ability to run a project from inception through to completion.
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Major works experience from £30 million+ (commercial, pharmaceutical, residential or data centre)
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Guarantee projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Oversee weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
