Job Title: Electrical Project Engineer
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 (including additional company benefits)

A well renowned M&E/ Building Services Contractor in London who have dominated the iconic new build market in the Commercial, Hotel & residential sectors is actively searching for a career driven Electrical Project Engineer to become apart of their team.
After being a key player in the London market for over 20 years with exceptional growth in recent years. My client has secured a landmark project in the heart of Central London within walking distance of a major station accessible from all areas of London with a Tier One Principal Contractor.
A full design & build project valued at £25 Million M&E is set to commence with installation starting in the next few months. The are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with large Shell & core or infrastructure experience in the London market.
This is a great chance to work for a tier one Building Services Contractor with great company morals and staff retention to become a fully-fledged Project Manager in the coming years.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Large commercial, Hotel/Leisure, residential & infrastructure project experience valued upwards of £15 million M&E.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Project experience £25million+
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Ensuring professionalism is always adhered to.
- Overseeing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
