Electrical / Mechanical Engineer – Moorgate, City of London
Up to £45,000
Monday to Friday Split Shift – 7am – 4pm / 10am – 7pm
I am looking for a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer from either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to work for an established building services maintenance provider on a fantastic site in Moorgate, City of London.
The ideal candiate will have experience working within Building Services and you will be joining a large team of engineers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned & Reactive maintenance
- Managing Subcontractors
- Lamp & Ballast Changes
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Water Treatment
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical qualification – Must have Level 3
- 18th Edition
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Experience working in Building Services
