Electrical Maintenance Engineer | East London | Client-Side | Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

£45,800 + Market Leading Package

Are you a Level 3 qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience in commercial or residential building maintenance?

GH Engage are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a residential building for an end-user company.

Technical duties will include: wiring, electrical fault finding, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, control panel maintenance, PAT testing, AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans, boiler resets, chiller checks, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, hot/cold water systems, general plumbing / fabric duties when required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (Parts 1&2) qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment.

  • £45,767 Salary
